 Justin Kirkham has spent several years traveling and teaching English, mostly in London and Oxford, and also Brazil and Kazakstan. He has also edited activist videos and pop/rock concerts in UK and if possible prefers to spend an English summer working at music festivals. Andrea Rodriguez is an ecologist who has been working in recycling projects in her native city, Bogota. She enjoys working in landscape and human being diversity. She believes that Latin talent deserves an opportunity to be promoted and known in the world, because developing countries need to enforce their cultural identity that represents their true history. Will Phipps was one of the original founders of Howling Earth who also came up with the name.
